Exchange and return

Exchange Procedure:To initiate an exchange, kindly follow these steps:
  1. Visit our dedicated return portal here.
  2. Provide your order ID and the email address used during the purchase.
Terms for Order Exchange:
  • Requests for exchange must be made within 30 days after order fulfillment.
  • We offer replacements for missing or incorrect orders sent.
  • Damaged items are covered under warranty for 30 days only.
  • An exchange fee of 10% will be applied to retain the original item.
  • Exchanges involving more than 3 items will not be processed.
Refund Policy:
  • Approved refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit only.
  • Follow the online guidance to initiate a refund process, ensuring you have your order number and purchase email at hand.
Terms:
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days after order fulfillment.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be issued in the form of store credit or a voucher.
  • In the case of incorrect size/color, missing, and/or damaged items, a resend will be made to the original address.
  • A restocking fee of 10% will be charged to retain the original item, calculated based on the paid price and deducted from the refund amount.
  • Exchanges involving more than 3 items will not be processed.

In order for your refund/ exchange to be accepted, the item(s) must satisfy all of the following requirements: 

  • Order not older than 30 days after fulfilment date
  • RMA of not more than 3 Items.
  • Right exchange reason with the right image format must be followed.
