Returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, including original packaging and tags.
Returns must be reported via our contact form within 30 days of receiving the order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless it is a defective or faulty item.
When returning items purchased during the sale, exchanges can only be made for another item of the same value; cash refunds are not possible unless premium shipping is chosen, in which case exchange for cash is possible.
